Provisioning Coordinator

The Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for new data orders through the provisioning cycle. This individual will place and manage all new orders from receipt to completion. This work includes updating the internal data base and billing platform for all key milestones within the timeline.

• Responsible for data entry of all new data lines through our vendors and internal tools.
• Manage day to day key milestones for all pending orders.
• Communicate all key milestones throughout the installation process.
• Maintain internal data base with all pertinent order information.
• Confirm and audit all applicable pricing through pre-sales process.
• Develop any processes or best practices to help facilitate a better customer experience.
• Work with pre-sales team to find alternative carriers or technologies when a site is not serviceable.
