Project Manager

TailWind has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by managing all cabling, phone system and data-related project activities on behalf of our clients.  Project Managers provide project management of client requests for equipment repairs, roll – outs, order support, moves and consolidations across multiple locations.

Required Education and Experience

  • 5 or more years of infrastructure Project Management experience for large clients.
  • Must have a high degree of understanding of the Telecommunications Industry.
  • Hands on Field Technician experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self – starter and proven ability to work independently and on a team.
  • May require being available for late night cut-overs.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC Tools.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
  • Positive attitude, high energy and pace are a must.
