Title: MAC Project Coordinator

 

Responsible for becoming an integral part of a talented, growing and successful Operations team.

Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by managing all cabling, phone system and data

related activities on the customer behalf. Provide project coordination of customer requests for

equipment repairs, new line, disconnects, roll – outs, order support, moves and consolidation

nationally. Possess ability to communicate concisely and clearly when clarifying customer

requirements

 

Responsibilities:

·         Contacting customers with updates and/or information via email and/or phone

·         Coordinate service dispatches with National Tech Shops

·         Contacting vendors and tech shops to place orders or updates via email and/or phone

·         Updating and creating spreadsheets

·         Answering calls within a call center environment

·         Performing trouble shooting or level one triage with applicable customers

·         Coordination of multiple locations for a particular customer or projects

·         Resolve problems associated with partner relationships including but not limited to invoicing

·         questions and/or disputes

·         Advise management about potential issues on accounts

·         Conference calls when applicable

·         Navigate efficiently within NetSuite, AIM, Microsoft Office suite, and the Internet

·         Invoicing of customers for project work, time and material needs or emergency dispatches

 

Qualifications:

·         One year of previous telecommunications related experience

·         Exhibits professionalism, a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity

·         Basic telecommunications knowledge

·         Flexibility for various shift work day time/rotational or on call

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication

·         Self – starter and proven ability to work independently and on a team

·         Planning, organization and implementation skills

·         Very strong communication and listening sills, ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone,

·         ability to build credibility quickly, and clearly articulate a value proposition

·         Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships

·         Time management and multi – tasking skills, takes initiative and follows through

·         Proven ability to interact with co-workers and management

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC Tolls

·         Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity

·         Ability to work with technicians and achieve results

·         Other duties as assigned by management

 

 

Title: NetSuite Administrator

 

Responsible for  being a knowledge expert in NetSuite and all of its capabilities.  You will play an integral part in designing the system to meet the ever-changing needs of our business and our customers.  You will partner closely with the VP of Operations to ensure effective flow of business operations across all departments in the company.

 

Responsibilities:  

·        Provide management tools and information needed to make educated business decisions, to help recognize when results are trending positive or negative, to help recognize when efficiencies are not being realized

·         Ability to create reports and searches

·         Ability to create and maintain dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

·         Ability to create surveys and marketing campaigns and distribute them via NetSuite

·         Ability to create and maintain SuiteFlows, SuiteScripts and SuiteLets

·         Working with Sales personnel maximize the use of Netsuite to improve selling strategies and techniques

·          Support new initiatives that will improve productivity through increased use of NetSuite      

 functionality

·         When applicable, work with NetSuite integration partners to implement solutions

·         Improve the effectiveness of TWVD personnel through training on implementations and new features and to implement   NetSuite upgrades

·         Manage data volume within NetSuite to minimize monthly data storage charges

·         Continuously maintain and gain additional knowledge of NetSuite to provide the best ROI for TWVD

·         Be an advocate for NetSuite within TWVD to continously improve business operations

·         Assist VP of Operations in determining if NetSuite modules not currently being used

          can provide functionality for future TWVD service offerings

·         As time allows, complete other tasks essential to the functioning of the

          Operations Departments
